Our team of engineers and IT consultants consist of certified members of PRINCE2, Project Management Institute (PMI®) and the Scrum Alliance. Our consultants have led and delivered programmes and projects of varying sizes and complexity.

From project planning through to solution design, build, test and delivery, we are very experienced with IT processes that includes ITIL, and industry best practice methods. We have extensive experience in both traditional waterfall and agile delivery methodologies and using key delivery tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting.
 
Our consultants have led the delivery of digital solutions in EPC and CAPEX programmes to transformational IT programmes, managing onshore, virtual delivery teams and 3rd party contractors. We will undertake all aspects of programme and project management to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
